Tyrrell Hatton will be hoping to become the first English golfer to win the
Amgen Irish Open since Paul Casey was crowned champion in 2013.
What to know about Hatton
The Orlando, Florida, USA-based star competes on both the LIV Golf and European Tour, having previously competed in the PGA Tour after turning professional in 2011.
Hatton has won 13 tournaments as a professional to date, including eight European Tour events and his best performance in a golf major came at the 2025 US Open when he finished fourth.

The two-time winner on the Jamega Pro Golf Tour finished 16th the last time he competed in a European Tour & PGA event, the 2025 Open Championship.
Hatton is placed 25th in the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) and his best overall ranking is fifth place.

"It feels amazing. I said earlier in the week, this is one of the events you want to have on your CV. It's such an iconic event on the DP World Tour," said Hatton after winning the 2025 Hero Dubai Desert Classic.
"To add my name to the list of amazing champions before me, to have my name on that trophy is a dream come true. I was pretty nervous on the back nine.
"I guess I wanted it a little bit too much. I knew the position I was in. A bit scruffy on the last but to see that putt go in felt amazing. I'm just so happy to win."
